1. Who we are

Treesable is operated by Acrypt, based in Denmark. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Acrypt. You can reach us at hello@treesable.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Treesable waitlist and beta programme:

• ·Email address — provided when you sign up for early access.
• ·Sign-up date — recorded automatically when you submit the form.
• ·Source — we note that you signed up via the Treesable landing page.
• ·IP address — collected transiently by our server to prevent abuse. Not stored long-term.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any data from your device beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

• ·To send you the Treesable TestFlight link and onboarding information.
• ·To notify you of app updates, new features, or beta releases.
• ·To understand how many people are interested in Treesable.
• ·To prevent spam and abuse of the sign-up form.

We will never sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

We process your email address on the basis of your consent — you voluntarily submitted it to join the waitlist. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@treesable.com and we will delete your data promptly.

We keep your email address for as long as you are an active waitlist member or Treesable beta user. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your data within 30 days.

The Treesable landing page does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No cookie consent banner is required.
